The regular attendee fee covers the costs of the symposium, as well as the lunches, dinners and excursions listed in the Program. The fee also covers the ferry ticket to Tallinn as well as the ferry ticket back to Helsinki on either Thursday or Friday at the time specified in the program. The short excursion fee excludes the lunch and afternoon excursion on Thursday 29.8.

The accompanying person fee includes everything that the attendee fee includes, except the symposium material and access, the lunch and coffee on Tuesday 27.8., and the coffee on Wednesday 28.9.

If you wish to stay in Tallinn for longer, you can decide not to use the return ticket provided, and arrange a separate ticket if necessary. If you need help reserving a ferry ticket, please contact the local organizers.

The price of hotels is excluded in the conference fee, so that the attendees can select the accommodation that suits them the best. A list of recommended hotels can be found at the Accommodation page.
